The CapSU Dayao College Library as the repository of resourcess shall seek to provide materials and other reading resources in consonance with the University vision of becoming the center of academic excellence delivering quality service to all.
MISSION
The CapSU Library’s primary responsibility is to provide print and non-profit
resources to support the instruction, research, extension, and production
functions of the university through organized, relevant, and fast delivery of
information and services.

* To select and acquire print and non-print library materials to support the quadro- dimensional functions of the university in instruction, research, extension and production;
* To organize library
material and make them available and accessible to all clients;
* To maintain enrich and
preserve library materials;
* To develop in the
library users the skills of resourcefulness in their use of library materials; encourage the habit of personal investigation and love for books;
* To serve other
information needs of the university populace as well as of the community; and
* To establish linkages
locally, nationally, and globally.
